Job Description:

Our client, a Yorkshire based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a minimum period of 6 months. This is an opportunity to work for a genuinely fantastic, friendy and experienced team.

Day to day responsibilities for the successful Childcare Lawyer will include;

  • Managing a caseload of approximately 10 - 12 childcare cases
  • Conducting advocacy for non-contested and contested cases
  • Attending PLO and Legal Planning meetings

The successful Childcare Lawyer will ideally be available to work full-time hours and need to attend court hearings in yorkshire, other than this they can work remotely!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join a friendly and established childcare team. Candidates with experience in childcare law from either the public or private sectors will be considered.
