Planning Lawyer - West Midlands

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in the South East of England who are seeking to hire a planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months to cover an increased workload. 

• Office presence would ideally be once a week to attend team meetings, as well as to cover a monthly planning committee
• Start date in the next 4 weeks
• S106's, ad-hoc planning advice, highways matters, planning committee, etc.
• Part-time or full-time candidates will be considered
