Job Description:

Ad Hoc Housing Lawyer – South West - Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the South west who are looking to bring a Housing Lawyer into their team on an interim, ad hoc basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, doing around 10-12 hours per week, on a locum initial 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

You can work this role alongside other employment.

Key responsibilities of the Housing Lawyer:

  • Dealing with homelessness appeals, rent arrears, eviction notices and policy  
  • Handling Liaising with client department
