Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in the North of England on an interim basis.

The client is willing to consider both full time and part time options (ideally 3 days +), to start in January 2025,  for an initial term of 3 months and is subject to likely extension thereafter. Fully remote working is available.

An hourly umbrella rate of up to £60ph is offered for this post.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Provision of legal advice and services in respect of adult care and mental health law
  • Including but not limited to applications to the Court of protection, safeguarding advice and conducting own advocacy where appropriate
