Planning Lawyer - South of England

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in the South East of England who are seeking to hire a planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months to cover an increased workload. 

Office presence would ideally be once a week to attend team meetings, as well as to cover two planning committees per month.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to start ASAP

- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,

- Have previous experience with complex s106s, committees, general advice, and enforcement,

- Be able to attend evening planning committees in person twice monthly,
