Planning Lawyer

Part time 20 hours per week

Location: East Anglia

Rate: £55 - 60 per hour (Interim/Umbrella)

Working: Remote

About the Planning Lawyer Role:

Sellick Partnership are looking for a senior lawyer to work within the planning team of a reputable local authority for 20 hour per week; flexible working.

The post is around 20 hours per week. Assignment is most likely around 6 months in duration, but there is the strong possibility that this will be extended.

Key Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer role:

Key duties of the planning lawyer will include;

  • Manage your own caseload of the more complex planning matters
  • It is expected that the role would carry a small caseload of general planning matters - s106s, s278s, and general planning advice
