Job Description:

We are currently partnering a Local Authority in the North-West, in their recruitment for a Highways Lawyer on a locum basis for an initial 3-month contract.
The role offers fully remote working, the team are happy to look at a range part-time working patterns, and are offering a rate of up to £60 p/hour UMB.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Independently managing and progressing Highways cases, and providing legal advice to the client group as required
  • Handling matters including section 278 agreements, stopping up orders, section 23 notices for pedestrian crossings, speed limit TRO’s and parking restriction TRO’s
