Projects Lawyer
Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a valued, vibrant, forward-thinking public sector organisation based in Yorkshire who are seeking a Projects Lawyer to join them on locum basis. The role will be hugely diverse, dealing with a range of property matters and projects.
The successful Projects Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Drafting high value commercial contracts and various agreements
- Liaising with internal, external clients and stakeholders
- Providing assistance with contract disptes, dispute resolution.
- Advising on subsidy control and public procurement
- Delivery of major projects, including; energy, constrcution, infrastructure projects.
