Planning Solicitor - South West – Locum – Full Time - 6 months - Remote - INSIDE OR OUTSIDE IR35
I am currently working with an established council who are looking to bring on a full time planning solicitor. This role is on a 6 months contract with extension possibility and remote.
Rate: DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Job Details:
- Provide legal advice on planning, highways, and environmental issues, managing casework with a high degree of professional discretion.
- To have conduct of a caseload of predominantly planning matters.
- s106 agreements, enforcement matters, s38, s278, public rights of way and other planning matters.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- Local authority experience (2 assignments)
- 3 years PQE
- Attend committees once a month
YOU MUST HAVE LEGAL EXPERIENCE IN UK PUBLIC AUTHORITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
