I am currently working with one of my Local Authority clients who are on the market for a Planning Lawyer. 

The role: 
- Remote working. 
- 6 month contract. 
- Between 20-25 hours per week. 
- Dealing with S.106 agreements and providing any support to the client department when it comes to any planning related queries. 
- Any experience dealing with bio-diversity related matters will also be highly desired by the client.
