Housing Litigation Lawyer

Local Authority role (Merton, London)

Contract initially until 30 April 2025

Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

35 hours per week

With Local Authority experience and to manage own case load.

To cover a wide range of housing management issues including disrepair claims.

Knowledge around the pre-action protocols in possession claims, succession claims and non-occupation/subletting is required.
