We are working with a Local Authority in the North East who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team!
The role would require weekly office presence to attend stakeholders meetings in person and so local candidates are preferred.
The role:
- Full time hours
- 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Hyrbid attendance of once a week in the office
- Rate: £55-60ph depending on candidate experience
- Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
- Must have experience with CPOs and broader regenerative matters.
