Vivid Resourcing is working with a progressive local authority in the Northwest who are looking for a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their expanding legal team on a hybrid working basis!The role includes:
- 3-month initial contract (with strong possibility of this being transferred to a rolling contract)
- Full time - Hybrid working arrangement.
- competitive hourly rate of £45-55 an hour (dependent on experience)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of childcare law cases, from initial stages to completion.
- Prepare high-quality legal documents and correspondence.
- Represent the local authority in contested proceedings, demonstrating - strong advocacy skills.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in Childcare Law.
- Expertise in drafting legal documents and delivering high-quality legal advice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
