Commercial Property Lawyer

Full-time

Hybrid Working

Our client, a public sector organisation based in Essex is seeking a locum Property Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing, full-time basis.

This role can be undertaken on a hybrid basis, with attendance required at the office weekly.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer:

The successful Property Lawyer will be working in a small team, holding responsibility for a mixed caseload of property matters, which may include dealing with both commercial and residential property cases including right to buy, leases, assets, wayleaves, sales, licenses, disposals, acquisitions etc.

Experience required for the Commercial Property Lawyer:

  • Experience in dealing with commercial property matters
  • Prior experience within the public sector would be desirable
