Childcare Lawyer Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Childcare Lawyer looking for your next career move?

Vivid Resourcing is working with a local authority in the North East to recruit a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their legal team.

The Role:

Fully Remote
45 - 55 per hour depending on experience
3 month initial with likelihood of extension
Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of childcare law cases, from initial stages to completion.
Prepare high-quality legal documents and correspondence.
Represent the local authority in contested proceedings, demonstrating - strong advocacy skills.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with 3 years PQE
Expertise in drafting legal documents and delivering high-quality legal advice.
Ability to work both independently and in a team
