Contracts and Procurement Lawyer – Midlands - Remote Working
Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.
You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a rolling locum contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key responsibilities of the Contracts Lawyer:
Assist with a range of company/corporate work
Reviewing Commercial Contracts
- Providing Procurement Advice
Delivery of major transformational and development projects
- Creating Trading Companies
