£52,880 to £55,154 (Inclusive of London Fringe Weighting) plus £8,000 per annum market forces payment subject to review after a period of 24 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Property Lawyer in the Council’s Legal Team.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of complex property transactions in relation to the Council’s wide range of activities and must be able to work with minimum supervision. Experience of planning and contract law, and local authority governance would be an advantage.

You will assist the Head of Service and the Assistant Director, Legal and Democratic Services with the strategic goals of the Legal Service.

You must be a solicitor or barrister holding a current Practicing Certificate.

You will be joining a progressive team with an excellent reputation for its service and commitment to staff and prospects for advancement.
