Vivid Resourcing is working with a progressive local authority to recruit a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their expanding legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team of legal experts and take your career to the next level.

Senior Childcare Lawyer role:

Hybrid Working !

Hourly Rate: £45-£55 per hour (Dependent on Experience) 

Contract: 
- 3 Month initial, then the chance of a rolling contract after this,
- Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: 
- Manage a diverse caseload of childcare law cases, from initial stages to completion.
- Prepare high-quality legal documents and correspondence.
- Represent the local authority in contested proceedings, demonstrating - strong advocacy skills.

About You: 
- Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in Childcare Law.
- Expertise in drafting legal documents and delivering high-quality legal advice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
