Venn Group are seeking a Locum Childcare Solicitor for a Local Authority based in the Northwest of England. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attending court hearings and advocate meetings
- Case Management
- Contested Interim Care Orders
- Pre-proceedings
- Applications for Emergency Protection Orders
Advocacy is strongly preferred for this role, but our client is willing to consider no advocacy or court attendance at a reduced rate.
Start: Immediate
Duration: 3 months rolling contract
Working Arrangement: Full-time, hybrid schedule
Travel: court and office attendance (negotiable)
Rate: Negotiable, umbrella
