Prosecutions and Licensing Lawyer – Midlands 

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Prosecutions and Licensing Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

Key responsibilities of the Prosecution Lawyer:

• Managing a mixed caseload of prosecution matters including:
  • ASB
  • Littering prosecutions
  • Envorinmental prosecutions
  • Trading standards
  • Various other prosecutions matters
• Represent the council at magristrates, county, and, if needed, crown court

The role:

• Full time or part time hours considered
• Above market rate
• Court attendance required
