Vivid are working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to bring a Criminal Litigation & Prosecution Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

Key responsibilities of the Prosecution Lawyer:

• Managing a mixed caseload of prosecution matters including:
  • ASB
  • Littering prosecutions
  • Envorinmental prosecutions
  • Trading standards
  • Various other prosecutions matters

The role:

• 30 hours per week
• Above market rate
• Court attendance required
