Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the North East who are looking to hire a civil and housing litigation lawyer for an interim 6 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive.

 

The role would require candidates to conduct irregular advocacy (non-contested hearings) in person several times per month.

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Be experienced in handling a broad caseload of civil and housing matters,

- Have exposure to ASBs, possessions and debt recovery,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting,

- Be experience conducting their own advocacy,

- Have two employment references available upon request.
