Job Description:

An excellent locum opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Lawyer within a well-respected public sector organisation in the North.

This Senior Employment Lawyer role will provide you with the opportunity to deal with a diverse caseload, working within a large legal services team. You will be able to work remotely, though attendance will be required for tribunals.

The Senior Employment Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Providing legal advice and support in relation to all areas of employment law
  • Dealing with matters including; TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, redundancy
  • Representing the organisation at employment tribunals
  • Liaising with internal and external clients
