Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor

Up to £55 per hour umbrella

Panoramic Associates are excited to be working with one of our established local government clients based in the Midlands who are looking for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their well-established team. 

The role is for an initial 6 months, however has a strong likelihood of being extended beyond!  This post is also offered on a full-time basis with flexible working available, mostly remote however attendance for internal meetings and hearings at court would be required on occasion potentially once per month. 

Essential criteria:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister, alternatively, non-qualified Lawyers with substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
• Previous experience working with a local authority or practising in adult social care  
• Good practical knowledge of adult social care law including mental health and court of protection law.
• Experience undertaking advocacy would be desirable
