Locum Property Legal Officer

Job description: An opportunity to join a busy Local Authority in the North region has arisen for a Legal Officer to work within the Property team for an initial period of 3 months with a chance of extension, on a fully remote basis.

 

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be:

  • Dealing/assisting with residential purchases
  • Advising on landlord & tenant matters (leases, tenancies at will etc)
  • Freehold reversion
  • Right to Buy 

Working arrangement: ASAP start - 3 months. This role is to be performed on a full-time, fully remote basis. 

Previous experience within a Local Government setting is a must.
