Job Description:

Contracts and Procurement Solicitor

Conwy (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Negotiable (Umbrella)

 

Part Time, 22.5 hours per week

 

To provide advice and draft appropriate legal documentation in relation to   property including complex and high value property transactions, Procurement, Contract Law matters, Partnership/Collaborative working arrangements with particular reference to commercial conveyancing transactions, development agreements, construction contracts and other contract documentation relating to construction projects

 

Advising the Council officers and others (e.g. external clients) on all aspects of the law and legal processes relating to the above areas of law
