Job Description:

Locum Housing Litigation Paralegal – 3 months + – Predominantly Remote Working – Full-time – Up to £25 per hour (Umbrella) – London

Position: Locum Housing Litigation Paralegal
Organisation: London based Housing Association
Duration: 3 months initial contract with the likelihood of further extension
Working Pattern: Full-time
Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working – must attend Court & Office when required
Hourly Rate: up to £25 per hour Umbrella (dependant on experience)

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Housing Association handling a caseload of Housing Litigation matters within an emphasis on Disrepair and Section 11 work is also required.

Duties may include:

To undertake aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation including Section 11 matters
Supporting a team of Lawyers and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
To act on behalf of the Council and attend court when required
