A well-regarded local authority in the North West is seeking an enthusiastic Housing Legal Assistant to join their friendly Legal team on a locum basis.

The contract will begin on an initial 3-month contract with the view to extend on a rolling basis due to an increased workload.

The ideal Legal Assistant will have previous experience in housing law and in particular in handling the following matters:

• Housing Act
• Disrepair
• Possession
• Advocacy

My client is happy to consider candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds, but you must demonstrate that you have the relevant experience.
