Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer
Location: South West England
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of our local authority client for the recruitment of an experienced planning and highways lawyer. The initial duration will be 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Duties will include:
- Undertaking legal work on behalf of the Council and two National Park Authorities
- Planning and enforcement advice
- Advising on highways law
- Minerals and waste planning
- Some supervision and support to junior members of the team
Candidates will need to demonstrate extensive planning and highways experience ideally gained in a local authority setting.
This is a fully remote working role.
Full and part-time hours considered.
