Sellick Partnership is currently working with our local authority client to recruit an experienced Litigation Locum. This is an interim role with an initial 3-6 months duration.
Working on behalf of the local authority, you will manage a varied caseload which includes:
- Judicial review
- Commercial debts
- Highways disputes
- Property litigation
- General civil and commercial litigation advice to the client
This is a fully remote working role, however, working as part of a small and cohesive team you will have regular (virtual) meetings with the wider team to ensure you feel supported in the role.
Applicants will be required to be a qualified solicitor, barrister or a chartered legal executive. Previous local government is desirable but not essential.
