Up to £75 per hour umbrella (dependent on experience)

Venn Group is working with a fantastic local authority in South-East England in their search for a Adult Social Care Lawyer on an Locum basis for an initial 3-month role (with the potential to be extended)
 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in adult social care law.
• Experience in complex adult social care cases and knowledge of continuing care.
• Preferably have experience working within the NHS or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide legal advice and representation on complex adult social care matters and continuing care issues.
• Collaborate closely with the current Adult Social Care lawyer, ensuring effective case management and support.
• Draft and review legal documents related to adult social care legislation and policies.
• Advise on legal compliance and risk management in relation to adult social care services.
