Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional legal services team based in the North who are looking for a Locum Property Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis .

This will be an exciting opportunity to gain experience working with experienced, supportive large legal services team. This will be an ongoing contract, likely to be long term, up to 12 months!

The duties of the successful Locum Property Lawyer will include;

  • Dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial property matters
  • Handing complex property matters
  • Leaseholds, licenses, easements, surrenders
  • Providing legal advice where required
  • Working closely with senior management and stakeholders
