Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are representing a local authority in the North West who are looking for a Planning Solicitor to join their team:

Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Drafting s106 agreements
  • Adhoc planning advice
  • Providing recommendations to the planning enforcement solicitor
  • Occasional s278 / other highways work

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have recent local authority experience
  • Be able too interview next week
  • Be able to provide a reference for a previous remote role

Contract length: 6 month rolling

Weekly hours: 30-37

Start date: ASAP
