Housing Litigation Lawyer

Locum contract

Hybrid

Our London Borough client is seeking an experienced Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their well-regarded team on a locum basis for a 3-month rolling contract.

The successful Housing Lawyer will be working with a mixed bag of housing matters, so experience is required in the following areas:

  • Homelessness
  • Disrepair
  • Possessions
  • Anti-Social behaviour
  • Injunctions

The successful candidate is required to be a fully qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx) and will need to attend the office two days per week. The role also requires court attendance when necessary, this does however count towards office attendance.

Our client is seeking to fill this locum Housing Litigation Lawyer position as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
