Job Description:

Job Role: Solicitor
Location: Remote working (Or can do hybrid if local - Worcestershire)
Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension
Rate: Negotiable, Umbrella

 

 A qualified lawyer with experience in all aspects of community care law/adult social care law and to a lesser extent education law (SEN/School queries).

Will take up some ongoing caseload and fresh queries in these fields without any specific training.

Must be able to deal with adult protection/court of protection/mental capacity/mental health, ordinary residence and CHC disputes and Judicial Review claims as well as commencing and running court of protection cases with Counsel as appropriate.

We are open to considering fully remote working for the role
