Prosecutions & Regulatory LawyerVivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in South Wales looking for a prosecutions & regulatory lawyer to join their team on an interim basis.
The role:
- Prosecutions & Regulatory Lawyer
- 3-6 month initial contract, with a view to extend beyond this
- Start date: ASAP, but can wait up to 3 weeks
- Part-time hours ideally, 3 days per week, but full-time candidates will be considered
- Hybrid working arrangement - most work can be done remotely, but Court attendance and meeting attendance will be expected
- You will be dealing with matters including, but not limited to, trading standards, planning prosecutions, environmental prosecutions, licensing, regulatory work, etc
Essentials:
- Must live a commutable distance from the Authority (South Wales)
- Must have prior public sector prosecutions experience
