Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established local authority in the Midlands who are looking for a Planning and Highways Lawyer to join them on a locum basis. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, though ad-hoc attendance will be required for committees. This role is offering a 3 month contract, though it is very likely to be long-term.

Responsibilites of the Planning and Highways Lawyer include;

  • Dealing with all planning and highways agreements
  • A range of highways matters
  • Providing general advice
  • Working closely with senior management and the client department
  • Development and highway matters
  • Attending committees
