Childcare Solicitor - North West – Locum – Full Time - 3 months - Hybrid
I am currently working with an established council who are looking to bring on a full time Childcare Solicitor. This role is for 3 months with strong possibility of extension. The working pattern is hybrid, where advocation will be required in court. The council will offer a competitive rate dependent on experience.
Your key responsibilities will include advice on all usual aspects of childcare law, such as:
- Deprivation of Liberty
- Advocacy in person
- Advise on children's social care and education matters
- Drafting legal documents
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- 5 years PQE+
- Public authority experience required (2 assignments)
- Ability to advocate in person
