Planning Solicitor - South East – Locum – Full Time - 6 months - Remote
I am currently working with an established council who are looking to bring on a full time Planning Solicitor. This role is for 6 months and is fully remote.
This council is known for its inclusivity and great communication, as well as the managers being incredibly approachable and friendly.
Your key responsibilities will include advice on all usual aspects of planning law, such as:
- Section 106
- Section 275 / Highway agreements
- Strategic planning advice
- Planning enforcement
- Urban extension
- Planning applications
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- 3 years PQE+
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work from home
- Attention to detail
This role is offered on an outside IR35 basis and is offering a competitive rate depending on experience.
