Venn Group’s legal team are working with a
London based Local Authority in their search for a
Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer. The ideal candidate for this role will be either a
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx who has a proven track record of successfully managing their own case load and is driven to deliver results.
Duties shall include:
- To handle a caseload of civil litigation matters including housing, homelessness and licensing
- To give guidance and mentor less experienced team members
- Ensure compliance with the Civil Litigation Pre-Action Protocol
- To deputise for senior lawyers as and when required
