Job Description:

I am working with a client on an exciting civil litigation role in a local authority in the East Midlands.

They are looking for someone who can attend office once per week as well as court on an average of once or twice per fortnight.

The successful candidate would need to be able to hit the ground running with a mixed prosecution caseload (ability to attend hearings and represent the Council in the magistrates), mixed possession proceedings (rent/abandonment, as well as ASB albeit less common), civil injunctions, then also assisting the Lawyer who has overall conduct of housing disrepair matters with the more complex/litigated HD cases
