Job Description:

I have received a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large London based local authority on a hybrid basis on a 6 month contract.

Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Solicitor:
-CoP applications (s15/16 welfare and 21A)
-Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
-S.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
-Advice relating to deprivations of liberty and best interests
-Advice relating to adult safeguarding and care act 2014
