As a Childcare Solicitor you will be confident in carrying your own caseload of care proceedings, as well as pre-proceeding matters. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Handing a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children matters
- Attending PLO and legal planning meetings
- Drafting documents, including statements and threshold agreements
- Non-accidental injury
- Exclusion orders
- Emergency protection orders
- Covering remote hearings as required
Although full time availability is desirable, candidates offering part time/condensed availability may also be considered.
Our client is open to considering applications from candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds if relevant public childcare experience is demonstrated.
