I am currently working with a local authority who is looking for a  Planning Solicitor on a fully remote locum basis.

The successful locum Planning Solicitor will be handling a diverse range Planning matters.

The role will primarily be remote working and within IR35 but with an incredibly competitive rate.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (Supreme Court of England and Wales/English Bar) or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or equivalent; 2-3 years PQE in Planning Law
  • Applicants with less PQE including Newly Qualified will be considered if they can demonstrate relevant experience
  • A team player; someone who models the Council's corporate values of respect, dedication and collaboration
