Adult Social Care Lawyer – South East – Competitive Hourly Rate – Remote Working
Position: Adult Social Care Lawyer
Organisation: South East based Local Authority
Duration: 3-month initial contract
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Remote working however office attendance is welcomed
Hourly Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Venn Group’s legal team are working with a forward thinking
Local Authority based in the South East to assist with their search for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer (non-advocacy position).
The ideal candidate for this role will be either a
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx who has proven experience of undertaking a wide range of Adult Social Care work.
Local Government experience is preferable but not essential for this role provided there is
significant relevant experience. Duties shall include:
- Managing a wide range of Adult Social Care matters including Court of Protection cases
- Drafting a variety of legal documents, including statements and pleadings
- To address diverse issues within social care functions
- Offer expert advice on legal matters
- Providing support and guidance to the legal team
