Job Description:

I am currently working with a South West local authority who are looking for a commercial property solicitor/lawyer to join their team on an 8 month locum basis!

The role:

Commercial and residential property law
Regeneration and development
Assisting/mentoring paralegals

Requirements:

3+ years experience in local authority
Regeneration and Development experience
Commercial Property Law expertise
