• Drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements.
• Growing relationships with the council’s clients with the provision of legal services as the focus.
• To provide high level advice on planning legal matters
• Focus on enforcement matters relating to planning law

This post is part-time (up to 3 days per week) on a hybrid basis offering around £55 per hour, Umbrella.
