Childcare Lawyer - North East

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the North East who are looking for an interim childcare lawyer to join theit team!

The role:

• Interim Childcare Lawyer 
• 6-month initial contract with a view to extend beyond this
• Remote working, apart from Court attendance
• Day-to-day: managing a caseload of public law childcare cases, condcuting advocacy where necessary, and attending meetings
• Part-time or full-time candidates will be considered (minimum 3 days per week)
• Start date: within the next 4 weeks ideally

Essential:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister
• Previous public sector experience in childcare
• Be able to commute for Court
