A dedication to supporting the public sector drives our team of expert lawyers, specialists in public law. We deliver efficient, quality legal services in a sensitive, client-focused way to public sector bodies nationwide. We work for county, borough & district councils, schools, community organisations and blue light services. We are part of a group of trading companies ultimately owned by Kent County Council, turning over in excess of £150m per year.

The business is organised into five specialist groups, with services covering:

Hybrid working

Invicta Law is based in a modern office within the prestigious town of Kings Hill, just outside West Malling in Kent. With many employees now located across the UK we have an office that is designed to support hybrid working for employees to use as and when they need to. There are 40 hot desks plus other seating areas and meeting rooms available to book, free parking is available onsite along with a range of other office facilities including free tea & coffee.

Kings Hill, a former RAF airfield, is located 5 minutes drive from junction 4 of the M20. Kings Hill is also accessible by train from nearby West Malling station and a shuttle bus runs at peak times along with other bus services that link to local towns.
