Stockport Council is involved in a number of exciting developments and investments which will have a direct and positive impact on our communities, including a radical transformation through the Investing in Growth programme, which will see £900 million dedicated to regeneration of the Town Centre and dynamic growth

Stockport Council is also one of the ten authorities that will make devolution happen therefore there are a number of projects involving reconfiguration of the council and regional working.
